Description

RefectoCil Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint No.3.1 Light Brown provides color and shine to the eyelashes and eyebrows. The Light Brown color is a natural and versatile light shade that beautifully enhances the effect of dark blonde to light blonde. Can be mixed with all RefectoCil colors. Mix with Natural Brown to adjust the brown tones individually. The color lasts for 4 - 6 weeks.

Note that the color must be activated by mixing with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream, sold separately.

How to use

1. Clean the area with an oil free remover
2. Mix 50% color paste with 50% oxidant cream. Mix until you get a smooth texture. (the less oxidant cream versus color paste - the more intense color, the more oxidant cream versus color paste - less intense color)
3. Apply to lashes/brows with our NOLA Large angled brush and/or comb through with a spoolie to make sure every hair gets coated. 
4. Leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the intensity you want. 
5. Remove with water and a cotton pad. Use micellar water to get rid of excess color on the skin.
