GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS

NOLA Beauty sells products to both private individuals and businesses.

Products intended for professional use may require that you are a registered business or hold a valid certification or diploma. We reserve the right to request documentation where necessary.

Resale of our products is not permitted without prior written approval, with the exception of products specifically intended for retail customer use (such as Keratin Gel).

When you complete a purchase in our webshop, a binding agreement is formed. You will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. If you notice any errors in your order, please contact us immediately. Orders are processed quickly, and changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

These terms comply with applicable EU consumer protection and distance selling regulations.

ORDER & PAYMENT

To place an order, follow the checkout process on our website. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

We accept secure payment methods including:

- ShopPay
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Card payments

All payments are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days after receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

NOLA Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For qualifying EU consumer purchases of physical goods, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken. This does not affect rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described goods.

Contact hello@nola-beauty.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Simply not collecting a parcel is not a withdrawal notice.

You pay the direct return cost where this was disclosed before purchase. For a valid withdrawal, we refund eligible payments and the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. See our Refund Policy for the process, timing and full details.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an eligible item, return it and place a new order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COURSES

We do not offer a trial period or voluntary change-of-mind refunds for online courses. For consumers, the rules below determine when the statutory right of withdrawal ends.

Once delivery of the paid digital course content begins, you cannot cancel that content for a change-of-mind refund if all of the following have happened:

• You expressly consented in advance to delivery starting during the 14-day withdrawal period.
• You acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal when delivery begins.
• We provided confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email.

When these conditions are met, watching part or all of a course does not create a right to return it. The same rule applies to digital course content bought on its own or as part of a course-and-kit package.

If these conditions have not been met, any statutory withdrawal right remains applicable. For qualifying EU consumer purchases of digital content, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. Purchasing a course or receiving a login alone does not waive that right.

Your mandatory rights if content is faulty, unavailable or not as described remain unaffected. If your purchase includes a separate teaching or support service, the digital-content exception does not automatically remove withdrawal rights for that service.

COURSES WITH A KIT

The digital course content follows the course rules above. A kit is included only when your chosen offer expressly includes one.

The physical kit is covered by the physical-product rules above. Losing the right to withdraw from the digital content does not automatically remove any statutory right to return the kit. For sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the withdrawal right ends when the seal is broken.

Returning an eligible kit does not reopen a right to cancel digital content whose withdrawal right has lawfully ended. Any refund is assessed using the package price actually paid and the rights that apply to the relevant part of your order.

CLAIMS & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We aim to provide high-quality products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have the right to make a claim.

You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We may request photographs to assess the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will offer a solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement or refund.

If the product needs to be returned for inspection, we will provide instructions.

RESALE POLICY

NOLA Beauty is a protected brand. If you wish to sell our products in-store or online, please contact us for written approval.

Products intended for retail customer use (such as Keratin Gel) may be resold without prior approval.

When reselling our products, official product descriptions and images must be used.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER

Pricing Errors:

We strive to ensure that all product information and pricing is accurate. However, errors may occur. In the event of obvious errors (including incorrect pricing), we reserve the right to correct or cancel orders. Customers will be informed if this occurs.

Intellectual Property:

All images, product descriptions, and content on this website are the property of NOLA Beauty and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited. If you wish to use our content, please contact us for permission.

Color Variations:

We cannot guarantee that product colors displayed on your screen exactly reflect the actual product. Color representation may vary depending on device settings.
