RefectoCil - Oxidant 3% Cream

Description

RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream is characterized by a texture that makes it easy to mix. It ensures brilliant color results and is a must. The cream should be mixed with RefectoCil cream colors, which, in turn, should be used on eyebrows and lashes. 

Note that the RefectoCil cream colors are sold seperatly. 

How to use

1. Clean the area with an oil free remover
2. Mix 50% color paste with 50% oxidant cream. Mix until you get a smooth texture. (the less oxidant cream versus color paste - the more intense color, the more oxidant cream versus color paste - less intense color)
3. Apply to lashes/brows with our NOLA Large angled brush and/or comb through with a spoolie to make sure every hair gets coated. 
4. Leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the intensity you want. 
5. Remove with water and a cotton pad. Use micellar water to get rid of excess color on the skin.
